Teck says Glencore bid remains non - starter , but leaves door open for suitors
One of the world's biggest mining companies has announced it will not go ahead with a vote on its plan to split its businesses into two companies, amid concerns that the offer from Glencore remains "non-starter" for the commodities giant.
