Top Egypt bank gets $250 million in loans with eye on green work
The head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) has secured a total of £100m in loans to help businesses in the developing world, according to the CIB's chief financial officer, Abdel Latif, who has said the money is being spent on corporate growth.
