Schulte Roth & Zabel Strengthens SEC Enforcement Practice With Addition of John Nowak
The US Attorney's Office (DOJ) has appointed a former chief of enforcement officer in the Treasury and the Department of Defence (SEC) to serve as the new chairman of the litigation group, Schulte Roth & Zabel.
