ACCC issues draft greenwashing guidelines | White & Case LLP
The Australian Consumer Council (ACCC) has published draft guidelines to help businesses in making environmental and sustainability claims. The ACCC has warned that they will be fined up to $50 million per claim, which could be damaged.
