Which super fund has fallen foul of ASIC greenwashing crackdown ?
A fund that claimed to restrict or eliminate Russian holdings has gone on trial in the US, according to the Australian Institute for Environmental Protection (Australian Treasury), which has launched civil penalty proceedings against a fund linked to Russia.
