Use - of - proceeds bonds need to improve , says Fitch
More than a quarter of use-of-proceeds bonds in England and Wales are not perfect, according to research from the UK's environmental agency Fitch Environmental Group (Environmental Governance Group) and the Institute for Strategic Responsibility (FGS).
