European Securities Markets Authority Guidelines for Sustainability Reporting
The European Prospectus Regulation has clarified its expectations for sustainability-related disclosures to be included in equity and non-Equity transactions. However, it is not expected to give details of them in prospectuses drawn up under the current law.
