Decarbonisation gaining pace but have to learn to survive in hot new world : Sanjiv Puri

India's ITC has warned that climate change is "here to stay" and the benefits of decarbonisation will be available only decades later, according to a leading executive at the B20 summit in Delhi. However, the impact of the global warming is not always enough.
