Eramet rues timid European banks , sees lithium plant costing $1 . 5 billion
Mining giant Eramet has said it is expected to raise $1.5bn (1.5 billion) in a deal with Chinese mining firm Tsingshan to market lithium from the projects first phase of the work on the nuclear power plant.
