Crestwood Announces Extension of its Previously Announced Consent Solicitation
The expiration date for validly delivering consents from holders of record of its outstanding units has been extended to midnight on October 21, 2023. The time is now known as the deadline for approval of the proposed amendment to its sixth Amended and Restated Agreement.
