26 State AGs Will Appeal ESG Rule Lawsuit Dismissal
The US Supreme Court has dismissed a lawsuit against the Department of Labors decision to allow environmental, social and governance factors to be used when selecting retirement plan investments in the US state of Utah, Texas and Northern Texas.
