Coal ministry asks DFS to classify coal under infrastructure sector
The government has proposed a reclassification of coal under infrastructure sector, which would allow banks and financial institutions to finance coal mines in the coming weeks, it has been announced by the government s Treasury chief executive Tony Blair.
