Australian lawyers concerned by proposed three - year freeze on corporate greenwashing litigation
Australia s government is proposing a temporary ban on some greenwashing litigation for three years, according to reports from the New South Wales Bar Association (Bar Association) and Environmental Defenders Office (Eduardo Santos) on climate disclosures in the country.
