Hong Kong SFC Voluntary Code of Conduct for ESG Ratings
A voluntary code of conduct is to be developed in Hong Kong for the first time in more than a decade, the SFC has announced, amid growing concerns about the risks posed by environmental surveillance agency Environmental Protection Group (FGC).
