FTC Amazon Suit Opens Door to Arbitrary State Action Against Private Sector , Experts Say
The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has filed a lawsuit against Amazon, accusing it of illegal conduct which blocks competition and stifle innovation for consumers, according to the Epoch Times newspaper and the Financial Times News Agency.
