Rio Tinto and Codelco form JV to explore and develop Agua de la Falda assets in Chile
The world s biggest mining company, Rio Tinto, has entered a joint venture with Chiles Codelco to explore and develop the company. The company says it is planning to invest $45m (27m) in the remaining 15% of its assets.
