The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is facing a growing number of challenges and opportunities, according to research agency Savills Middle East. The BBC s Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum looks at how the UAE is responding to rising calls for sustainability in the region, and what is the impact on the future of the countrys economic growth.
