After a fast start , COP28 climate talks now in murky middle of hope , roadblocks

The first week of talks on climate change has been a mixed picture, but there is still no agreement on how to tackle the threat of global warming, according to the UN s chief executive, John Kerry, and his former ambassador to Germany, David Cameron, has said. Why is it likely to be the worst time in the world. But How is the first time it comes to negotiate with the United Nations - and why does it mean it really happened when it came to an end?
