A new journalism project aimed at increasing newsroom diversity has won a prestigious Deloitte leadership award for the first time in more than twenty years, according to the BBC s weekly The New York Times coverage of its annual report on the challenges of ethnic, LGBTQI+ and disabled journalists in the UK and the world of the media..
