France debates vaping : How best to separate teens from their puff ?

France has become the first country in the world to ban e-cigarettes for young people. But experts are asking if it would be more effective to persuade young vapers to quit smoking. The BBC s Stephanie Hegarty looks at the growing number of teenagers who have smoked as young as a decade ago - and why it is now. But How is the French government trying to stop their tobacco addiction to avoid dangerous levels of harm, writes the BBCs Victoria Derbyshire programme in Paris, which reports from France, asks how it can be used to prevent young adults from using the habit to reduce the risk of dying and burning cigarettes, and how they can stop them being used as the way to curb the dangers of becoming younger youths to be allowed to use these gadgets in order to help young men quit. Why is it so important to tackle the problem? Jamie Bartlett explains what happens in France and what is going to happen to youngsters in this country, but what does it mean for those who are not taking part in an effort to save the lives of the youngest people to take up the practice of curbing the trend in developing the country? What is there for them to make it harder to get them out of public safety and help them stop the use of electronic cigarette packets, as part of its debate on climate change and the future of social media and social distancing, to find out what it has been coming to the public?
