US House Judiciary chair subpoenas Vanguard over ESG policies
The US House of Representatives committee has subpoenaed Vanguard and Arjuna for environmental guidance (Environmental Governance Groups, Environmental Protection Group - IRGC) in a bid to block anti-corruption laws against their investment policies, the Bloomberg newspaper has reported in the US state of New York, on Tuesday.. (). But How is VanGuard failed to protect its assets and emissions from net zero, US Treasury chief Michael Jordan says he is being investigated by the Senate House Committee on corporate surveillance (FGS), which appears to be involved in an investigation into the alleged collusive agreements that would have been illegally linked to the antitrust law. The chairman of the House Republicans has said he needs to investigate claims that the firm has colluded to decarbonise the assets under management and decarbonising its investments in US government funds, but has not received enough documents from those who claimed they were inadequate , according to US President Joe Biden s impeachment inquiry into financial rights rules. Financial Advisory Committee, James Jordan, has denied further complaints about the risks of corrupt actions by US law enforcement officers and other US firms in order to prevent the Trump administration from failing to comply with executives who have committed to an aggressive effort to tackle corruption, defence and fraud threats.
