OECD to revise corporate governance guidance for SOEs
The latest review of corporate governance guidelines for state-owned businesses has revealed a growing focus on sustainability, economic security and resilience, and the need to learn lessons from other sectors, according to the OECD s new chapter in the G20 rules published by the BBC in October. Why is it so important? The BBC.
