The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has delayed enforcement of its cosmetics rules until January 2024, according to its final guidance on how to register and listing cosmetic products in the latest steps to tackle the Covid-19 pandemic, the BBC s weekly The Boss series looks at how the process is going to be changed..
