India Inc brings employees with disabilities to the fore

The number of people with disabilities in front-facing roles is increasing in India s airlines, according to executives. They are being encouraged to help passengers with speech and hearing impairment become more able to communicate and understand their needs. But what is it like to have a significant increase in workers. What is this changing when it comes to staffing, and why are they hiring those with Disabilities? Why are some of these companies offering employees to be given basic sign language lessons? And what does it mean for them? The BBC looks at how many companies are trying to make it easier to find out how to tackle the challenges of disability - and how could it help them cope with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the BBC has been talking to BBC News Marathi about the way the country is preparing for changes to the business?
