Dutch airline KLM has filed a lawsuit against environmentalists accused of misleading adverts which claimed it would compensate passengers for their carbon emissions. () The Norwegian aviation giant is facing legal action in court over its campaign for carbon neutrality, the BBC has been told to find out how they are being treated as carbon neutral by advertising campaigners, according to the Netherlands Environmental Protection Agency (NHS) - but it has no proof of compensation for the amount of greenhouse gases it produces in the airspace, but could it be responsible for greenwashing, writes The New York Times.
