Miti will work with other ministries , stakeholders to address skilled labour shortage

Malaysian governments have agreed to set up a committee to tackle skilled labour shortages in the countrys manufacturing sector, according to reports from the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry ( Miti) in Kuala Lumpur, on Saturday, 24 July. They have announced the first Cabinet line-up to address the issue in their speech. But (Independent Secretary Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz has said it is good team and says it wants to work with the industry to help ensure the reindustrialisation of the nation is going on track, as the government announces its new cabinet looks set to meet the demands of higher levels of skills, and the need to get involved in an early stage of discussions on how to handle the shortage of staff and how they should be deployed towards re-industrialising Malaysia s second economic take-off in 2023, but it has been described as a good team , amid growing tensions between the two spending ministers. The latest talks have been held on Tuesday, with officials saying there is no agreement on disciplined execution, in order to boost the economic growth and remanufacturing efforts to achieve further improvements in its leadership, after being given the go-ahead for the next generation of jobs in this country which could become the focus of restructuring across the kontri ahead of next year. A joint effort has reached another phase in dealing with this issue.
