B . C . government secures last vulnerable co - ops with $71M
Co-operative housing units in Coquitlam have been saved by government funding and a community land trust, according to the councils chief financial officer, Thom Armstrong, who says the government is using funds to help secure the purchase of their properties in the B.C. province of Coquitlam and Garden Court.
