Slow progress : Women in CFO roles remain a minority in India

There is a growing number of women to lead the finance function at companies in India, according to new figures released by Primeinfobase. But why are they increasingly short of female professionals in the chief financial officer or director- finance roles? Why is the number still smaller than those that are being asked to leave the board?.
