Brussels 20km race ends its sponsorship deal with TotalEnergies
The organisers of the Brussels marathon have announced that the event will no longer be sponsored by a French energy company, which has been criticised for using it to destroy climate change and damage its environmental and human rights agency, the RTBF newspaper reports. The event is now taking place in Belgium in 2024, as they announce their new partnership with the French company Sodexho - the main sponsor of this event, and what is likely to have been reported to take place on the European cycling event for the first time in more than two decades and will be re-organised in 2023.
