Gildan Included In CDP Leadership Band And In S & P Global Sustainability Yearbook

Gildan activewear has been added to CDP s leadership band for its 2023 climate change disclosures, according to a new report by the Consumer Development Programme (CDP) in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Tuesday February 16, 2024. The company has received an A- for sustainability assessments and the S&P Global Strategic Advisory (.). (). This is the first time that the company is among the firms that have reached the top levels of environmental data for the fourth time, and is now being named in their Leadership band - based on the US, Canada, France, Spain, Italy and France. They have been included in an annual Environmental Disclosure Yearbook which looks at the impacts of global warming and sustainable practices (SDG) across the world, as it tries to tackle the effects of greenhouse gases and air pollution in its latest effort to make clothes with respect, but is also expected to be included within the group that has become the most successful agency to achieve this achievement, with the number of companies including the UK and Canada to receive awards in this year, the BBC has learned.
