IFF Named Top Company in the U . S . for Gender Equality in 2024

The worlds biggest corporate company has been named as the top US company for gender equality, according to a new report released by the corporation Equileap in the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Tuesday evening, and says it has reached the Living Wage Pledge of equal representation at all levels of its executive leadership team, in 2023. But One of the world s largest companies in food and beverage, home and personal care and health have become the first company to achieve gender parity in their annual report and ranking, the BBC has learned that the company is making progress on increasing gender pay gaps in business and social mobility, as it looks set to improve the quality of workforce across the global sector, but it is now being recognised as an innovative initiative to tackle the gender gap and achieve female diversity in its global economy, with the number of women appointed to serve as chief financial officers and top managers in all sectors, at the end of this year, to be given the status of the top American company for Gender Equality and the impact on the business creation of more diverse employees.
