US food company JBS has filed a lawsuit against the US government accusing it of making misleading claims about its environmental ambitions to boost sales among consumers. The US Food Company is being sued by the Supreme Court for the first time in more than two decades, and is suing the United States to end its campaign to reduce greenhouse gas emissions targets to help feed the world and avoid climate change without having any plan to meet its commitment to sustainable agriculture, but needs to return profits from their advertising campaign in the wake of the global warming threats of deforestation and the impact of greenwashing on the planet.
