Saudi Arabias Zain Group has reported its highest-ever annual profit for the second consecutive year, a remarkable increase in revenue, the company announced on Tuesday. The company has said it will distribute cash dividends to shareholders during the financial transition to the Middle East, but says it does not want to leave the country.
