Star Bulk Carriers Corp . Announces Change Of Transfer Agent And Registrar

Shareholders are being urged to take no action over the future of the Star Bulk carriers, which has been named as the sole transfer agent and registrar of its shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market (N.A.) on Thursday.
