The Hungarian ESG Act Has Arrived

The Hungarian government has announced a new single regulation on corporate social responsibility (Environmental, Social and Governance) which includes rules imposed on small and medium-sized businesses. What is it and why is the new regulations taking into account environmental, social and governance, and what is behind the latest changes to EU legislation. Why is this? How is there is an increasing number of companies in the EU and other EU states to be able to get acquainted with their obligations and duties?
