A transgender woman has become the first person in the world to be appointed as chief executive of a nightclub chain in Delhi, Kolkata and Jaipur, as part of an effort to boost the diversity of the countrys hospitality industry, the BBC s Geeta Pandey looks at why she is coming back to the company.
