Canadas largest beverage alcohol company has completed the conversion of its share capital into a non-voting exchangeable shares of Canopy Growth Corporation (Canopy) Holdings Limited (CBG) in the US state of Nevada, which has been given the Amendment to Canadian investment in their corporate ventures.
