South Deep wind power decision drawing closer , Q2 update likely on backfill problem
A wind power project at a South Deep gold mine in South Africa is being considered by the mining company Gold Fields, according to the first-quarter results and environmental impact assessment (EIA) report. Mining Weekly has revealed that the project needs to close out the full feasibility of its creation, as well as the impact on the bat colony in the area..
