Housing firm Amro Partners has secured permission for a 400m regeneration project in Lewisham, the city s largest residential development site, which has been given the go-ahead by the local council and the county borough authority in October ahead of the start of its redevelopment programme in the UK coming into force in May.. They have announced they are buying the site of one of Lewishama n former retail park, after being taken over by an investment firm in an 40m investment project, in what is thought to be the final phase of plans to redevelop the town.
