UK Announces Anti Greenwashing Rule for FCA Firms

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued its final guidance on greenwashing, which has been published by the Consumer Protection Agency (FTC) for the first time in more than a decade. However, it does not apply to claims that the firm may make about itself as an environmental or social characteristics of the product or service..
