CalPERS continues to play politics despite poor performance
Exxon Mobil has filed a lawsuit against the company’s shareholder proposals for political causes, including climate change and equity, in an attempt to silence their shareholders in the US state of Nevada. Why is it going to be the latest such stunt to take the firm into corporate proxies?
