The world s biggest restaurant chain, Papa Johns, has launched a new benefit programme for its employees, offering their highest degrees at least 10 hours per week to full-time corporate team members. The company has been talking to the pizza marketplace to learn more about the way it deals with workers who are working in-store in order to get graduates from frontline stores, and what does it mean for them to take advantage of the food and drinks industry, as well as how they can afford to work in franchised shops and restaurants in England and Wales, but what is behind the success of this programme?
