FCC Servicios Medio Ambiente agrees to negotiate the exclusive purchase from ESG of its business in France

France’s largest waste management company has signed a deal to buy its operating subsidiaries of Europe Services Groupe, which it says is the biggest acquisition in more than 120 years in the world of the environmental activities of those living in Europe and the rest of France. FCC Servicios Medio Ambiente has confirmed that it is buying the business for the first time.
