Leadership Greater Chicago has announced a 40th class of Diversity Civic Leaders (LGC) for the region’s first civil leadership development programme, marking the first anniversary of the creation of its signature nominations and achievements across the city s history. Why is it so important for those who have successfully completed this class?. But What is this lesson? Welcome to the list of 45 accomplished leaders in the Chicago region? And why are they being chosen to lead bold, transformative change throughout the area? The BBC looks at their latest assessment of how the local community is making it easier for them to become chief executives? What does it mean to be able to achieve the status of these leaders and how to influence positive change in every sector of Chicago, and what is the impact on the community?
