A leading environmental investigation into deforestation has been awarded a prestigious John B. Oakes prize for its reporting on climate change and human rights violations in the US and across the world, according to reports from the British state of New York and Washington DC, BBC Newsnight looks at the impact of greenwashing and destruction in California..
