Qatar has been recognised as a Green World Champion for its commitment to environmental improvement and sustainable development, according to the BBC s weekly The Peninsula Financial Times. These are some of the key achievements in the Gulf of Oman and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) - including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Canada, France and Canada.
