Alaska Energy Metals Corporation (AEMC), a TSX-V and OTCQB listed company, has completed a helicopter-borne Versatile Time Domain Electromagnetic (VTEM) Max survey over its Angliers-Belleterre project in Quebec, Canada. The survey, conducted by Geotech Ltd., aimed to identify potential nickel-copper deposits. Additionally, a large soil geochemical survey and prospecting/rock sampling were carried out by Quebec-based Breakaway Exploration Management. The VTEM survey, which covered 1,568 line-kilometers with 100-meter line spacing, is designed to detect conductive anomalies that may indicate metallic sulfide mineralization. The high-sensitivity cesium magnetometer and radar altimeter used in the survey provide accurate mapping of geologic structures and lithology. The soil sampling program, consisting of 4,971 samples, was conducted to detect metal ions that could reflect valuable mineral deposits in bedrock beneath. Coincident electromagnetic anomalies and soil anomalies are considered promising targets for drill testing. Alaska Energy Metals Chief Geoscientist, Gabe Graf, expressed eagerness for the survey results, which will be used in combination with planned geologic mapping to unlock multiple drill targets for testing in 2025. The news release is a paid advertisement/news dissemination on behalf of Alaska Energy Metals. The company is focused on delivering critical materials for national security and a bright energy future while generating superior returns for shareholders.
