SCCE & HCCA Elects New Members to Its Board of Directors

The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) & Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) announced the election of three new members and the re-election of three existing board members to its Board of Directors, effective November 1, 2024. The board, comprised of 18 individuals, represents a diverse group of compliance and ethics professionals dedicated to promoting ethical practices and compliance standards. The new board members include Hassan Chaudry, Lisa Kuca, and David Lane. Chaudry, the Chief Compliance Officer for the POSCO JV at General Motors, has presented at industry events and authored articles on compliance and ethics. Kuca brings a wealth of experience in highly regulated, global companies and has served as a member of the U.S. Sentencing Commission s Ad Hoc Advisory Group. Lane, the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Providence Health, has prior experience leading compliance programs in Hawaii and for the University of California. The re-elected board members are Niurka Adorno-Davies, Debbie Troklus, and J. Veronica Xu. Adorno-Davies serves as AVP Compliance at Molina Healthcare, Troklus is President of Troklus Compliance Consulting, and Xu is the Chief Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer at Saber Healthcare Group.
