EY Future Consumer Index : 68 % of global consumers expect companies to solve sustainability issues
Consumers believe the coronavirus pandemic will continue to impact their lives for at least another 12 months, according to a new survey of consumers. Environmental sustainability is the focus of the prioritisation of prioritising environmental impact, but 60% of people plan to focus more on value for money.
