COP26 Glasgow summit : Barack Obama fears failure and urges passion in climate summit speech
President Barack Obama has said he wasn’t happy about his successor Donald Trump’s decision to unilaterally pull out of the Paris Agreement in his first year in office. He says he is frustrated at older generations’ ongoing failure to address climate change.
